Set Up a Static IP Address on an Aastra Phone

  1. Press the wrench button
  2. Scroll down to Admin Menu and hit Enter
  3. Enter the password given to you with the phone (if you don't know it, Submit a Ticket)
  4. Scroll down to Network Settings
  5. Adjust the following settings. iTel Support can provide the correct values.
    • DHCP: Disabled/off
    • IP Address
    • Subnet Mask
    • Gateway
    • Primary DNS

Finally, Restart the phone (see Restart an Aastra Phone)
