Instructions are applied to Windows 7, 8, 10.
- Make sure DSL light is lit on the ADSL modem, if it is not, please place a ticket here (https://support.itel.com)
- Connect your computer to ADSL modem directly
- Click on Start button and then, Control Panel
- Go to Network and Sharing Center
- Select on Set up a new connection or network
- A wizard will appear on the screen. Choose Connect to the Internet
- If you are already have Internet connection select Set up a new connection anyway
- Select Broadband (PPPoE)
- Enter the Username and Password given by iTel Agent and then, click on Connect.
