For Presence to function if you are importing contacts into iTel Connect from CSV, you will need to specify the following:
- "sip_address" and "default_address" needs to be "sip:EXT@PBXIP"
(Where EXT is the phone extension and PBXIP is the IP address of your Phone System. E.g. "sip:email@example.com")
- "default_address_type" should be "sip"
- "pres_subscription" needs to be "TRUE"
Your PBX IP address can be requested from iTel Support.
You can discover examples of what to put in the CSV by manually adding a contact and exporting the CSV using Contacts > Export.
