Typically when we set up a new user, we will need the following information:
- Are you ordering a new phone, using an existing one, or not using a phone at all?
- What is the Make and Model of the new phone? (See Determine the Make and Model of a Phone)
- What is the MAC address of the new phone? (See Determine the MAC Address of a Phone)
- What is the name of the new user?
- Would you like Voicemail-to-Email and/or Cell-Forwarding (Follow Me) enabled?
If so, provide email address and/or cell number of new user. - Do you have a preferred extension number or should we just use the next available?
