Restore an Aastra Phone to Factory Defaults

For a monochrome screen:

1) Press the settings button on your phone (gear or wrench)
2) Scroll down to Admin Menu and hit enter
3) Enter the password 89558 (or try 22222) and hit enter
4) Scroll down to Factory Default and hit enter
5) Press # to confirm and the phone will restart

For a color screen:

1) Press the settings button on your phone (gear or wrench)
2) Select Advanced
3) Enter the password 89558 (or try 22222) and hit enter
4) Scroll down to far right and select 'Reset'
5) Select 'Factory Default'
6) Select 'Yes' for the phone to automatically restart
