How do I Change an Existing Extension?

If you simply want to change the name associated with an extension or phone number, just provide the extension and/or phone number in question.

If you would like to change anything on the phone itself (such as the display, shortcut keys, which extension is associated with the phone, etc), you will need to provide the MAC address of the phone. (See Determine the Make and Model of a Phone)
