Ask our support team about how to get the iTel Connect application. We will send you an email with a link to both Mac and Windows versions, click the appropriate one to download.
1. The iTel Connect exe file will likely be in your Downloads folder. Double click to run the installer.
2. The install wizard may require you install a newer version of .NET for Windows. Click through to accept this.
3. Follow the wizard to install, accepting terms of license, etc. Default settings should be fine.
The first time you open the application in Windows you may need to allow it to work on your network
