Instructions are applied to Windows 7, 8, 10.
- Make sure DSL light is lit on the modem.
- Connect your computer to DSL modem directly
- Click on Start button and then, Control Panel
- Go to Network and Sharing Center
- Select on Set up a new connection or network
- A wizard will appear on the screen. Choose Connect to the Internet
- If you are already have Internet connection select Set up a new connection anyway
- Select Broadband (PPPoE)
- Enter the Username and Password given by iTel Agent and then, click on Connect.
If you see a message with error 651, please power-cycle your computer and try again, if issue persists please make sure your NIC driver is up to date.
