By subscribing to iTel Status page you will get email updates for:
- New Incident Created
- Update Posted to an Incident
- Incident Resolved
- New Scheduled Maintenance Created
- Update Posted to a Scheduled Maintenance
- One Day Before Reminder for Scheduled Maintenance Start
- Scheduled Maintenance Cancelled
To subscribe follow these steps:
- Navigate to Status Page - status.itel.com
- Check the time-zone your account will be using at the bottom of the page:
- Click on "Subscribe" button at the top of web page:
- You will be promoted to enter your email address in a popup window, do so as in example below:
- Click "Next"
- You can now select what service updates you would like to be subscribed to:
- Press "Subscribe" button located on popup window:
- To complete subscription process, please verify your email:
