You can see and subscribe to iTel Status page here: status.itel.com

By subscribing to iTel Status page you will get email updates for:

• New Incident Created
• Update Posted to an Incident
• Incident Resolved
• New Scheduled Maintenance Created
• Update Posted to a Scheduled Maintenance
• One Day Before Reminder for Scheduled Maintenance Start
• Scheduled Maintenance Cancelled

To subscribe follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Status Page - status.itel.com
   • Check the time-zone your account will be using at the bottom of the page:
2. Click on "Subscribe" button at the top of web page:
3. You will be promoted to enter your email address in a popup window, do so as in example below:
4. Click "Next"
5. You can now select what service updates you would like to be subscribed to: 
6. Press "Subscribe" button located on popup window:
7. To complete subscription process, please verify your email:
