"Follow Me" is a feature that allows you to ring a list of other extensions or phone numbers in conjunction with your main extension. Each time your extension is called, it will ring everything in the Follow Me List.
- Log in to the User Portal
- Click "Follow Me" on the left-hand side menu
- Make sure Follow Me is enabled by clicking the check-box
- Add extensions and phone numbers to the list
- Click on "Update" to save changes.
