Check Call Logs and Recordings with the User Portal

The Call Monitor display a history of all your calls. It includes a search tool that helps you find what you're looking for.

Note, Call Recording must be enabled in order to download and listen to calls. Submit a Ticket to enable call recording on your extension.

  1. Log in to the User Portal
  2. Click "Call Monitor" on the left-hand side menu
  3. Use the speaker  to listen to a recording
  4. Use the drive  to download a recording
