Web Interface
- Access the web interface of the phone.
- Hover over "Settings" in the pop-up menu.
- Hover over "Network" in the pop-up menu.
- Click "Ethernet" in the pop-up menu.
- Adjust the following settings. iTel Support will provide the correct values.
- DHCP: Disabled
- IP Address
- Subnet Mask
- IP Gateway
- DNS Server
- DNS Alternate Server
Phone Interface
- Press the Menu Key
- Select Settings
- Select Advanced and enter the password provided with the phone (Submit a Ticket if you have lost the password)
- Select Admin Settings, Network Config, then Ethernet Menu
- Adjust the following settings. iTel Support can provide the correct values.
- DHCP: Disabled
- IP Address
- Subnet Mask
- IP Gateway
- DNS Server
- DNS Alternate Server
