Manually Set Up a Static IP Address on a Polycom Phone

Web Interface

  1. Access the web interface of the phone.
  2. Hover over "Settings" in the pop-up menu.
  3. Hover over "Network" in the pop-up menu.
  4. Click "Ethernet" in the pop-up menu.
  5. Adjust the following settings. iTel Support will provide the correct values.
    • DHCP: Disabled
    • IP Address
    • Subnet Mask
    • IP Gateway
    • DNS Server
    • DNS Alternate Server

Phone Interface

  1. Press the Menu Key
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Advanced and enter the password provided with the phone (Submit a Ticket if you have lost the password)
  4. Select Admin Settings, Network Config, then Ethernet Menu
  5. Adjust the following settings. iTel Support can provide the correct values.
    • DHCP: Disabled
    • IP Address
    • Subnet Mask
    • IP Gateway
    • DNS Server
    • DNS Alternate Server
