- Press the wrench or gear button
- Scroll down to Admin Menu and hit Enter
- Enter the password given to you with the phone (if you don't know it, Submit a Ticket)
- Scroll down to Network Settings
- Adjust the following settings. iTel Support can provide the correct values.
- DHCP: Disabled/off
- IP Address
- Subnet Mask
- Gateway
- Primary DNS
- Press back (left) to return to main screen. If it asks you to reboot select "Yes".
