Access the Phone Features Menu
- Log in to the User Portal
- Click "Phone Features" on the left-hand side menu
Available Features
Be sure to hit "Update" after making any changes here.
Call Waiting: Allow calls to flash on your phone's second line while you are on a call.
Do Not Disturb: Cause any calls to your extension to go your Busy Voicemail Greeting instead of ringing your phone.
Call Screening: Requires the caller to say their name and gives you the option to accept or reject the call.
Ringtimer: We recommend you leave this default. It determines how many seconds the extension rings before going to voicemail.
Call Forwarding: Set up where a call routes when the extension is busy or unavailable. An Unconditional forward happens in any case. We highly recommend using the Follow Me feature instead. (See Change Follow Me Settings).
