When you log into your PBX Interface (URL and account will be provided by iTel Support at your request), you will land on the System Status page. You will also notice a Menu Bar across the top of the screen. The Status page gives you summaries on how your system is doing and how many calls are actively being made.
If you hover over a Menu Option that has a small down-arrow, it will expand to display more options. To learn more about what the menu buttons do, read on in further chapters.
Throughout the PBX Interface, you will notice small light blue circles. If you hover your mouse cursor over them, a tool tip will pop up to explain to you what that option does.
