In order to update Server Path on Grandstream GXV3240
1. Setting -> About phone, scroll down to observe phone's IP address
2. Open your browser and type the IP address in URL field.
3. Login with your credentials (default admin/89558)
4. Select Maintenance -> Upgrade
5. In fields Firmware Server Path and Config Server Path enter the server path provided to you by iTel agent
6. In Fields Firmware Upgrade Via and Config Upgrade Via select HTTP
7. Click Save
In order to update Server Path on Grandstream GXP1628
1. Menu -> Status -> Network Status, observe an IP address
2.Open your browser and type the IP address in URL field.
3. Login with your credentials (default admin/89558)
4. Navigate to Maintenance -> Upgrade and Provision
5. In fields Firmware Server Path and Config Server Path enter the server path provided to you by iTel agent
6. In Fields Firmware Upgrade Via and Config Upgrade Via select HTTP
7. Click Save
In order to update Server Path on Grandstream GXP1450
1. Menu -> Status -> Network Status, observe an IP address
2. Open your browser and type the IP address in URL field
3. Login with your credentials (default: admin/89558)
4. Navigate to Settings/Advanced Setting
5. In fields Firmware Server Path and Config Server Path enter the server path provided to you be iTel agent
6. For Upgrade Via for Firmware Server Path and Config Server Path select HTTP
7. Click Save
