Some of iTel's clients like to access their phone system and make changes themselves in order to save time.
This feature is only for advanced users, as the system can be difficult to manage. That being said, we will be adding instructions into this Help Centre on a regular basis to help with this management.
To gain access, Submit a Support Ticket to iTel Networks requesting access to your phone system and we will create an account for you.
You can then log in using the link and login credentials provided by the iTel Support Team and move on to Chapter 1 - Call Flow
