Chapter 3 - Inbound Routes - Add a Phone Number

Inbound Routes are objects that allow you to specify where a phone number will terminate (End up).

Add a Phone Number 

1. Select Inbound Routes from the top menu
2. Click Add Incoming Route from the list on the right-hand part of the screen
3. Specify a Description - this is for your own organization purposes and doesn't affect how it works
4. Enter the phone number (without dashes or spaces) in the DID Number field
5. Specify the Music On Hold category, if applicable
6. Select a Destination at the bottom of the screen (this could be an application of some kind, or an extension)
